IN NEW ORLEANS
Harrah’s
unveils a new entertainment bar and lounge, Masquerade,
on the fourth of July located at the site of their existing
casino in New Orleans. At the center of the casino’s
double height space is a 40’ high lighting and media
tower. The Tower in the form of an inverted cone is 40ft.
high with a 24ft. diameter top tapering to a 12ft. base.
Harrah’s approached the design team of John Levy Lighting
Productions, Inc. (JLLP, Inc.) and Wimberly Allison Tong
and Goo to conceive of a new feature to draw in its changing
clientele to their casino in New Orleans. The lighting and
media tower was born as a result of this. The tower’s
creative director, John Levy, principal of John Levy Lighting
Productions in Los Angeles, led the team in coming up with
a design solution that is high impact. John Levy Lighting
Productions, Inc. whose many projects includes the Forum
Shops at Caesars, Bally’s Entry Las Vegas, the recently
